All the staff we met were pleasant and helpful - Sandra on Reception was particularly good with advice about travel, places to visit and places to eat. Breakfast were buffet style with a good choice of hot and cold items. Fantastic location, quiet as in side street. Room beautifully color coordinated. Lovely a/c in warm weather. Comfy beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast tasty and good coffee. We would stay here again when visit Paris next time. No free water bottle in the room. I would expect that given the premium prices this hotel charges. The bathroom was very cramped. Not much room in the shower and the toilet seat right next to the wall giving just enough room to sit on. I ordered room service and got the salmon dish. It was plain, boring and overpriced. It came with vegetables and rice. The salmon itself was fine but the sides were slightly boring. The only issue was that it was delivered much later than what I was told. I basically waited a long time for a boring, bland meal. The reception was friendly and efficient and my taxi arrived on time. Its best to book it via reception the night before. Overall everything was OK. All things considered I will try a different hotel next time. Maybe a more modern one.
