we stayed there for one night as my friend was 40 we had booked spa and afternoon tea also dinner. the spa staff was exceptional also lunch time staff they were brilliant. night time porter michael was a perfect host but alas staff for dinner was so a let down they actually asked us too eat our dessert in bar those staff members lets down our lovely experience and should not be allowed to let great hotel get bad press as everyone else we're expetional will return but not too restaurant spa definitely reception ladies fantastic night porter brillant
