It's a very nice hotel, with comfy, neat rooms crisp white sheets, etc. They have a nice bar and three restaurants, which are just a little pricey. The best part of this hotel is their frequent shuttle service to the airport. It's a 5-minute ride, and the airport is absolutely packed with places to eat, grocery stores, and every manner of store. It's a BIG place. And it's also a train station, which makes it a snap to catch a train downtown! The shuttles from the Moevenpick run every 10-15 minutes you can get a schedule, and they're swiss, so you can set you watch by them. We hopped on the shuttle first thing in the morning, and had breakfast at the airport MANY choices there, then took a train downtown for a day of sightseeing. Took a train back, waited about 10 min, took the shuttle to Moevenpick easy peasy. Our one issue with Moevenpick was the climate control in the room. We arrived during unseasonably warm weather, and their AC was simply not working, so the room was very warm. I talked to the folks at the desk several times about it, and they eventually sent up a fan that made it just tolerable for the second night. But on both mornings, we were really glad to get outside the hotel into the cool morning air. On the whole, we'd definitely recommend this place. And for you river cruisers book an extra day or two, so you can see a bit of Zurich! It's easy to do from Moevenpick.
