This hotel smack bang in the city center in a very safe location and centered around an atrium, has real character from the moment you enter the lobby. The staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to bustling Grafton Street, the main retail street in Dublin, and it's many offshoot streets housing more shops, restaurants, cafes and bars - both traditional Dublin pubs and more contemporary venues. I stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms with a south facing Juliette balcony which overlooks the city and the Dublin mountains. There are some lovely features such as a brightly lit and mirrored bathroom, large walk-in shower and illuminated wardrobe Breakfast buffet gives you the possibility to chose among continental croissants or English-style breakfast rashers, potatoes, scrambled eggs, not forgetting soda bread, toast, honey comb, jam, Nutella and even oatmeal.
