Hotel resort is located about 3 miles from the town of Loutraki on the shore of the Corinth Gulf. It is a perfect place to start exploring rich cultural and historical heritage. The most important ancient Greek sites are close to it. The resort is pretty big and it consists of the central building with restaurant and bungalows. Luckily, we got a sea view bungalow which is pretty big about 45 square meters with a huge terrace in the shade of pines, palm threes and oleander bushes. Perfect place to start a day with a cup of coffee. The variety of food is excellent although it could be difficult to find table in the evening. Sometimes, we had to wait more than 20 minutes to find an empty table. The big plus is maintenance thanks to hardworking ladies who are keeping your rooms clean. I believe that the main problem is that management of hotel does not have idea what kind of hotel they want to run. Although it is advertised as a luxury wellness hotel, just 1 hour away from Athens, ideal for honeymoon etc. the wast majority of guests are families with children. The only entertainment you can have is a kind of Mini-Club opened only one hour during the hot peak of the day, there isn’t any other kind of entertainment for children. Moreover, a young lady, who is responsible for Mini Disco does not speak English except a few words. Also, there isn’t any animation team for other guests. So you will either get bored on sunbed or to take a taxi and try to find some fun in the town of Loutraki. Too bad because there is a big amphitheater which is ideal for organizing theater pieces or any other entertainment. During 10 days of our stay there weren’t any activities in it. Also, there is a beautiful cafe overlooking the whole Corinth Gulf. Unfortunately, it is opened only one evening per week which is a pity. It could make your stay unforgettable. The last but not the least, the hotel decided to change internet provider in the middle of the summer season.
